The disco theme was period dress and as an added treat some blokes brought along a couple of Rolls Royce Merlin aero engines for us to marvel at and boy did they sound good. ]]> Wed May 25 2005 TR Transporter Bridge trip http://indylight.fotopic.net/c1272631.html TR Cleveland Group had a visit to the Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough which included the chance to walk over the top for those up to the task. At over 200 ft above the river at high tide it is not for the faint hearted. The cross wind added to the excitement and we also saw where Bungee jumpers leap from - this should be on the calendar before too long ! The cars are getting small and I am only half way up. Dad was speechless - mainly coz he was pooped. A relaxed Steve has been up here before Eeek....it's a long way down. Not very oftem you see cars from this angle..... ...or are they Dinky toys ? The top flights of steps really are this steep. Cold and windy ? How did you guess. Steve will be involved in replacing some worn parts right up there. The parts are above this small platform.

A couple of old Ferrari's Nearest thing to a se7en Did I mention there were a few Ferrari's racing ? Chevron B8 of Jerry Hooper It's a roundabout of course Nice day for a motor race.......... Did they make this many F40's People kept getting in the way of the cars...... A quiet place in the country
